Matcha is more than a beverage - it's a product built on craftsmanship, origin and ritual. Successful matcha packaging must balance Japanese heritage with the expectations of modern consumers, whether sold in specialty cafés, retail stores or online.

I help emerging and established matcha brands develop distinctive identities, scalable packaging systems and launch-ready visual experiences that build trust from the very first impression.

Match88 × NYC

Developed for a Japanese matcha brand entering the U.S. market, Match88 combined traditional Japanese aesthetics with a contemporary visual language tailored for New York consumers.

The branding was created to bridge two cultures - preserving the authenticity of Japanese matcha while making the product approachable and distinctive within the American specialty beverage market.

Following the development of the identity and packaging, the project was showcased at an exhibition in New York, presenting Japanese matcha products to an international audience.

Chadao (Saudi Arabia)

Created for a premium matcha concept in Saudi Arabia, Chadao explored the balance between Japanese tea traditions and a clean, contemporary visual identity for the Middle Eastern market.

The project focused on developing a brand language that could support future product expansion while maintaining a premium and culturally respectful aesthetic.

Green Axis (Concept)

Green Axis is a conceptual exploration of what modern matcha branding can become.

Designed as a premium packaging concept, the project combines minimalist typography, geometric composition and restrained color palettes to position matcha as a contemporary lifestyle product while respecting its cultural origins.
