Everyday Food Brands
Most food products aren't purchased after long consideration - they're chosen in seconds.
The strongest food brands don't simply communicate taste - they create expectation before the first bite and that's where branding becomes one of the product's most valuable ingredients.
I start by asking what role the product plays in someone's daily life:
Is it breakfast before work? Fresh bread on the family table?
Comfort food on Friday evening? A healthy habit someone wants to maintain?
Once that story is clear, the visual language becomes much easier to build, because people don't remember ingredients.
They remember how a product made them feel before they even tasted it.

Featured Food Projects
Plantiful Kitchen (USA)
Instead of creating dozens of products, we focused on one.
Bread became the visual symbol of the entire bakery and eventually grew into the brand's most recognizable product.
Coastal Buns (Spain)
Rather than presenting another bakery, we built a memorable character around freshly baked buns, giving the brand a personality customers could instantly recognize.
Coastal Buns became one of my most widely shared personal projects.
It was selected as Behance Project of the Day, reached more than 10,000 likes on Instagram and was exhibited at FBIF 2026 in China, where the organizers described it as one of the most photographed installations of the exhibition, noting that it frequently appeared in visitors' posts.
Noud (France)
A contemporary identity for a healthy breakfast brand that transformed everyday porridge into a premium lifestyle product through clean design and modern packaging.
Promotional Illustrations (Saudi Arabia)
A collection of campaign illustrations created to support seasonal promotions and ongoing communication.
Instead of relying solely on product photography, the visual language expanded through illustration, giving the brand fresh ways to engage customers throughout the year.
Why food brand founders choose Sergio LaskinGood branding creates recognition long before brand loyalty begins, but everyday products often receive the least attention during branding.
Ironically, they're the products people spend the most time with.
The brands we live with every day deserve systems that can grow, adapt and remain memorable for years - I design visual identities for food brands that become part of everyday routines.
